Video Game MIDI
Music Game music is a genre that is starting to be discovered as a beautiful art in our culture; it has already become quite popular in Japan. In fact, game soundtracks in Japan have hit the top of the charts! This page contains mostly unofficial MIDI files sequenced by ear by avid game music fans, including myself. I have credited all known sequencers and requested their permission to post the files whenever possible. These files take countless hours to create; please use them courteously. This page exists to share the beauty of game music and to provide a resource for game music fans and collectors. The files are in MIDI format because MIDI offers smaller file size than audio format, is much easier to edit , and allows access to notation. Yes, some of us learn to play this stuff! Is the game song you want not here? Then, if it exists, it is most likely at the Video Game Music Archive. Also check out the Game Music Ring on this page! If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact me. Play Some of the RPG Games I've Composed For:
